Doula Services
I am a DONA certified labor doula and offer doula services to families in the metro Atlanta area. I have taken numerous additional trainings to continue my education, including: Spinning Babies, Lamaze’s Teen Support Specialist, after our initial phone conversation or emails, we will schedule an in person meeting so that you can ask any questions and to see how we “click.” It is incredibly important to make sure you click well with your doula! I have attended home births, water births, cesareans, VBAC’s, medicated and un-medicated births. You child’s birthday is one of the most important days of our life so make sure you have a doula to make the most of it!

Duo Doula Services
In addition to my individual doula services, I also offer a team approach to doula work.
I offer team doula services with Christine Strain. The service includes both of us at prenatal’s, birth planning, and the birth itself. If for some reason one of us is unable to attend your birth, you will be refunded $150 and the other doula will attend. Christine is one of my back-ups and we work well together. We feel that teaming up brings more experience and more options for women in labor!
Christine and I have doula’ed for each other at our most recent births.

Belly Casting
Pregnancy is an amazing time in your life that should be captured and enjoyed in as many ways as possible. Each pregnancy, each baby and each belly are different. Belly casting is an excellent way to preserve exactly how your belly looked in pregnancy.
To cast your belly, I will come to you and bring all needed supplies. We will need a place close to water and with a hard surface floor (tile, vinyl are best). I will bring a drop cloth to cover the floor, but plaster has a mind of its own. Most women choose their bathroom or the kitchen. I can cast you standing or in a chair, whichever you find easiest.
Bare bellies cast best, but I want you to be comfortable. If you need to wear a bra or a tank to do so, then you should. Just remember that whatever you wear will get messy and may not come clean. The casting will take approximately 45 minutes. Once the cast is complete, I will leave it for you to paint or finish as desired.
Cost for casting belly only is $60 and it is $75 for belly and breasts. Cash payment is expected at the time of casting.
